Each rolling pin comes with three sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface to create your desired pastry thickness from 2 mm, 6 mm, or 10 mm. Simply unscrew the removable locking nut and slide on the disc for your desired pastry thickness. A pastry width measurement guide is also etched into the beech wood rolling pin for easy use.
